DOMESTIC:
Returns are accepted on full price unworn and unaltered items within 21 days of purchase. Each item must be unworn with tags attached, in the same condition the item was received. All exchanges/refunds are subject to our inspection. Promotional/discounted items may be exchanged for another product of equal or lesser value or store credit unless stated 'final sale'.
Holiday orders made between November 20th and Dec 24th may be returned or exchanged with return authorization within 40 days of purchase.
All discounted sale items are final sale.
Should customer refuse a package and it is returned to BWB, customer will be refunded the item less all fees associated with shipping and refusal.
Customer is responsible for return shipping, should you choose to go with a prepaid return label your item will be
- returned for original price less $7.95.
- exchange and ship back to you
- store credit for full amount
Please allow 24-72 hours for your card to be refunded once BWB receives your return :)

INTERNATIONAL:
Customer agrees to pay all fees, including customs, taxes, brokers fees and any other charges brought on by shipping packages internationally.
International returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase but customer must pay return shipping and all fees associated with the package. We recommend contacting all local postal services for fees associated with this and keeping all tracking info.
Should customer refuse a package and it is returned to BWB, customer will be refunded the item less all fees associated with shipping and refusal.
All discounted and sale items are final sale on international orders.
